Dr. Emily Kay is a British veterinarian who relocated to Toronto. Ever since Emily can remember she has dreamed of having a career in helping animals. Growing up in Hong Kong, she was surrounded by a diverse range of wildlife that spurred on her desire to further her knowledge in Zoology. Emily graduated from Nottingham University in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Zoology and a Masters in Biological Photography and Imaging. She then pursued Veterinary Medicine at the University of Edinburgh. After graduating with a Bachelors of Veterinary Science, Emily decided to stay in Scotland to practice veterinary medicine. After 5 years of practicing in the UK, Emily decided to take the huge leap to move to Toronto. When not practicing, Emily enjoys exploring Toronto, travelling and swimming.
