Dr. Kim Buchanan received her Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Science both with Honours Specialization in Biology at Western University in London, Ontario. From there, she went on an adventure to Australia where she completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Melbourne. Kim took advantage of the amazing wildlife in Australia and worked with various animals such as Tasmanian devils, wallabies, wombats, koalas, kangaroos, parrots, and the four-legged furry friends we are more accustomed to in Canada. Kim grew up in Oakville and is excited to once again call Toronto her home. She lives in the neighbourhood with her husband, her black lab (Dino), and her long-haired kitty (Missy). When Kim is not working, she loves to cook, garden, run outside (weather permitting), and hang out with friends. Kim became co-owner of the hospital and is excited for what Dundas West has in store!
